THE FIRM
Established by Herbert Stanley Tee in 1913 in Bishop’s Stortford, Tees has grown from a traditional family firm of solicitors with a strong agricultural bias into a dynamic regional practice offering the broad range of services you would expect from a 21st century law firm. Today we have over 200 members of staff, led by 20 partners.
Throughout our history, we have followed a strong expansionist policy, extending both the geographical coverage and professional range of services. As a result we now have offices in Bishop’s Stortford, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Great Dunmow, Northampton and Saffron Walden and offer a comprehensive and complementary range of business and private client services. And as an NFU legal panel member, we continue our long-standing relationship with farmers and farming businesses.
We are now set for the next stage in our development, which is being led by Tee’s first CEO, Paul Stothard, who brings extensive experience and a track record of effective growth to ensure the business builds on its success to date.
